Broken phone and unused phone number

  Hello,

  I changed my number few months ago and dont use it anymore, and now my old phone where I usually log in to my WordPress account just completely shut down. I want to login to my WordPress account in my new phone but the phone listed for verification is my old number which I dont use anymore.

  Please help!
