    Hi there, I have few problems here:

    1. broken staging page
    2. broken plugin page
    3. Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t connected.

    Therefore I can’t deactivate plugin, how do I troubleshoot?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    We noticed that you were attempting to reset the site, which might have resulted in some of the issues we’re seeing on the site. Under the current circumstances, it might be best if we created a brand new site for you to start working on.

    Could you tell us if that’d be okay with you? If you haven’t yet worked on anything that you’d like to retain from the site, (as you were trying to reset it) we’d like to go ahead with this.
