Broken Secure Gravatar links redirecting to non-secure http://i0.wp.com

  Some images on my site are using Gravatar images that are served over https. However some of them that are not working correctly get redirected to http://i0.wp.com/ which can break https validation as it is non-https on a https page.

  an example url is:
  https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/d7f2cd628e4ba0dc486caeec061d2771?s=128&d=user_profile&r=g 2x

  I am not sure why there is a space in the url, but that might be the reason.
  Either way any broken links to redirect to the HTTPS version of https://i0.wp.com/

  That way there are no insecure errors when loading the page.
