  Hello. My website has crashed and I can’t access it anymore. I’ve tried contacting you for help but It’s been about a month since I’ve emailed you for help without any answer. Can some please help?

  I pulled up your WordPress.com account and I’m not showing any email support requests under your account nor any websites tied to your account.

  Note that we’re support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com. If your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere, you would need to reach out to your hosting provider for help.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
