Broken theme

  Hello
  I logged in to my website in order to work on it and it says that my theme is broken and missing a stylesheet. I don’t know how to code so I am pretty sure that I didn’t do anything to mess it up. Now my website looks terrible. I had the Sydney theme installed.
  What do I do?
