Broken Theme – Missing theme images

Hello all, i am having a problem with the detube theme, my theme images are missing “search image, like image, views image, gradient image etc”
This is my website http://www.redvooz.comi have installed this theme in my sub domain and the theme is all working fine
http://test.redvooz.com/I think there is a problem with my wordpress could you please help me :( i have contacted the theme support center and they are saying that its my wordpress problem :(

We cannot help you here.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
