Broken Themes and Widgets?

    I have several themes on my dashboard that are broken and I have no idea how this happened. Some of them have headers that won’t go all the way across, some have post pages that morph into the sidebar, and I haven’t changed a thing in any of them (don’t have the ability to if I wanted.) Is there someway to get the templates all back to the original defaults so I can actually pick and choose from ones that are working?

    Same goes for the widgets. I have one RSS feed widget box that will not delete from the sidebar, there is not edit link, and when I pull it off the sidebar to save it keeps showing up with the broken code on the sidebar for all to see. Is this happening to anyone else?
