Broken website

Hello, I received an email from WordPress saying that an Instagram plugin had broken my website. It also sent a link to access my WordPress dashboard so that I could remove the plugin. After clicking the link, I received a message saying “Recovery Mode Not Initialized.”
I have no idea how to access my WordPress dashboard, so if you could help, I’d appreciate it.
