Broken Wesbite after uploading PropellerAd

I uploaded a code for PropellerAds in header.php as instructed. unfortunately, I received an error statement ‘unable to communicate with the website’ and suddenly the header.php file became empty. My website has broken down and looks like something else.

It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
