Broken wp-admin

  I just tried changing the Worpress and Site URLs for my site and now it’s broken. I had installed WordPress to https://www.eurekadatascience.com.au/dir/ and was trying to make https://www.eurekadatascience.com.au work as an alias, but I obviously didn’t get what I wanted.

  Now, my site has no theme at all, and I can’t log into wp-admin (it shows page 404). How can I get back to where I was before?
