Bromley not nesting comments

  I can’t seem to get my site using the Bromley theme to nest the comments. It worked a while back when I was testing the theme. But, no longer. I’ve tried by “Replying” on the front end of the site (in the comments), as w ell as from the back end (in the comments dashboard).
