Browser displaying blog name twice

  I’ve just changed themes to Baskerville, and my browser is now displaying the name of my blog and the tag line twice at the top of the window. It does it on the front page and on posts and pages.

  I tried switching the name off, but it made no difference. I’ve cleared my cache, logged out and logged back in. But it’s still displaying the name twice. I’d be grateful if you could have a look and see if it’s fixable.
