Browser Error

  Hi there. A friend let me know that my site doesn’t load in their browser unless they enter the www. Of course, I can enter the URL without the www. and it loads fine. I’m not a techie. Any ideas? Thanks.

  It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
