Browser not updated for IE 8 people

  Not only am I getting the message about browser not updated and you can’t do it because I am running Windows XP, but is that the reason I cannot get the “Freshly Pressed” section to display. It flashes on for a split second and then the screen just goes to word menus.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. Internet Explorer 9 is indeed not compatible with Windows XP (surprising eh?). Have you tried using another browser?

  I’m running XP Professional and I use Firefox 5.0.1 which works very well with WordPress. I never have any of the problems that others running IE do and I never use IE8 unless I’m helping someone else. If you’d like to try Firefox then you can get it here > http://browsehappy.com

  On the browser update message in the dashboard, you can click the dismiss link and make the message go away. Switching to Firefox or even Google Chrome though would be recommended. I would go with Firefox myself since I’ve seen too many issues crop up with Chrome.
