  How do other users find my posts and how do I ‘browse’ others?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Usually through google, or through being linked from another blog or social media.

  If you’re interested in specific topics, you can browse the tag for that topic, like wordpress.com/tag/poetry etc.

  Ok – so it’s not possible to browse the other posts/blogs on this site specifically say by category or topic?

  Yes, by the tag pages as I posted above. Tags = categories = subjects.
