Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
Please contact support for the plugin that sent those emails directly for help with this. You can find that plugin’s support forum here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/limit-login-attempts-reloaded/
But it sounds like the plugin is just doing what it’s supposed to do – preventing unauthorised persons from logging into your site :)
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You might need to register a WordPress.org account to post there, if you don’t have one yet. That’s different from the admin user account you use to log into your site itself.
