Could anyone help me post my slide show fom Bubble share? I copied the code and published — the link is there but there’s no slide show.
    Thanks a lot.

Generally speaking javascript, embeds, iframes, forms, etc. are not feasible on wordpress.com blogs due to security reasons. Our wp Mu (multi-user) programming will simply continue to strip out any such code that you enter.

Specifically bubble share is not supported by wordpress.com technology. Please see this thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=6071&replies=2

The only slideshows that I can’t think of at the moment which are available for wordpress.com blogs is the flickr slideshow. If you use the forum search box you will find threads there on this.

Timethief, please note the thread you send the poster to is about the same as yours asking if the code that they’re trying to add in is javascript. It doesn’t specificly state that it’s not allowed.

Actually it’s a flash program using an embed tag in this case. It’s still removed though due to the security concerns involved.

Interesting how they use RSS to deliver the code though.

    Hi Everyone,

Actually, BubbleShare works perfectly fine on WordPress.com. I have posted a number of BubbleShare slideshows in articles about, for example, photographers on my website. Plus, it’s a great program. I used to have to make some changes to the BubbleShare coding, but they have updated the program and now you just post the code they give you for the slideshow in your post with Edit-code. They have some styles of slideshows, however, that can’t be used. But they’re the unattractive ones anyway! Hope that this is a little bit of help!

Are you linking to it or getting it to display within your posts? Right off I’d say you’re just linking to it.

You may also want to take a look using the more tags within your posts. I just did a search for bubble within your blog and it’s maxing out IE7 due to whatever you got in there. :(

OK, I finally got a post to load and it looks like you’re using an iframe. Not sure how you got it past the security measures in place but I guess that will work.
