If you registered your domain with WordPress.com, you don’t have to use WordPress.com as your host. The domain you registered is yours, and you can use it with any host you want.
You can find detailed information on how you can move your domain to a different host, here: support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain
However, I just did a quick search on whois.net and it seems, the domain budapestfolia.com is taken by a company called wildwestdomains.com . It is not possible to “unlock” it. You can try to contact the domain’s owner though, to see if you can purchase it, maybe.

You used to own the domain budapestfolia.com with us, but that domain expired on 22 May and is now in redemption with our registrar. It is not possible to transfer a domain that is in redemption.
You can try to wait for the domain to expire completely, then you can re-register it wherever you want. But that could be another few months and you run the risk of losing the domain if someone else manages to buy it before you can.
The other option is that we try to recover it from redemption. Our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, so I’ll need you to agree to and pay that fee before I can attempt a recovery. Let me know what you want to do.
Wild West Domains is the registrar used by WordPress.com and referring people directly to them won’t help. If a domain was bought via us only we can make changes to it at WWD and they’ll only refer users who contact them back to us. So it’s best to instead add the “modlook” tag to threads like these so we can help people get their domains back if needed.

I’ve just emailed you a link you can use to pay for the domain recovery. Once we receive payment I can email our registrar to try and recover the domain. Should the recovery fail your payment will be refunded in full.

Your domain has been restored by our registrar and I’ve reactivated it on your account. It is already showing your site again.
Please make sure you add payment details to your domain on the Purchases page. That will activate automatic renewal so your domain won’t expire again next year:
