Buddypress adapt description

    Hi all,
    Unfortunately I struggle with the group description of buddypress for this group: Eisbaden Gruppe

    What I want to achieve is to include an iframe (code is always removed even though tried the ifram plugin among other things) for Google Maps for each group so that each group can show the location they want to meet.

    If on top it would be possible to edit the description (individually for each group) that would be awesome. I tried to install the Buddybuilder plugin for that but it only let’s me adapt the appearance on a global level not on a group level.

    Hope someone can help. Basically it is all about having a proper WYSIWYG editor for Buddypress groups that help to design the description properly.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    For what you’re looking to build and based on what you’re describing, you may wish to look for a developer to make those changes there.
