Buddypress in WordPress?

  There is no plugin available in wordpress dashboard. So i downloaded the buddypress. But the site where I have to upload the directory using ftp etc, has error 403.
  How should I connect buddypress with wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Plugins aren’t available as part of WordPress.com sites. BuddyPress is a plugin that can be added to WordPress.org sites.

  If it’s something you’d really like to use, it’s worth considering setting up a blog over at WordPress.org, then checking out their support forums.
