Bueno Sidebar on left and summarized post view

Hi,
I’d like to have the sidebar on the left and the view of the summarized posts only. I remember that it is possible to change with other Theme but with Bueno, I don’t find where.
In addition, I would like to add small images (flags) in a text widget for the translation function that will redirect to the translation website. But I cannot find how I can do. I don’t have access to the FTP as I am on the free version of wordpress.com.Thanks for your help

We can’t use Microsoft or Google translation widgets as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

Thank you for your reply. I’ve already read that and I put this other widget. But I don’t like to the flags on this image. I would prefer France, Portugal, Spain flags instead. But I did not find the way to change the code.
ALso I am trying now to insert an image with a clickable link (Google Trad). The Problem is that it takes too much room for each image in the sidebar… -
Please understand that there are code restrictions on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. When it comes to translation I have provided what’s available.
