BUENO theme comments on font size & color

I’m trying out themes and have my re-incarnated blog on Bueno and have an observation: The font is a bit too small and also a tad too light on the page. It would be nicer to have a slightly larger font and darker shade of grey.

You can either use TypeFont kits to change the font size or you can get a CSS editing upgrade.

I didn’t type “color” above but it’s the same answer . There are only 2 ways to change font families, font sizes and font colors throughout the blog on wordpress.com themes. They by use of TypeKit Fonts or by use of CSS editing.

TimeThief, I am unschooled in the world of HTML, so I know I’d best stay away from CSS editing. :-)
Is the TypeKit Fonts thing actually simple to do? Once a person says what font he wants to use, does the software system then know to use that font in all of its permutations, like Bold, Underlined, Italics, Headline, etc?
And for color, I can just choose a darker grey and the software system will automatically do the rest as if it were the original plan?

Although you are asking about the Bueno theme I think if you take a look at the tutorial ThemeShaper posted for the Paperpunch theme you will get a general idea of the steps you have to take. NERTS! I just remembered something. With TypeFont Kits you can only change the font families. You cannot change the font size and color. For those changes you need the CSS editing upgrade. I think I had a mentalpause moment … sorry. :(

Ok, now with this clarification I don’t feel so bad, because amazingly, I don’t have a problem with that font style! I like that look because it is different, hard hitting. And if I cannot change the font size to be bigger or the font color to be darker, than I feel better in not being able to mess around with typekit Fonts. :-)
