  I’ll be happy to help with this. Can you let me know if you are getting any error messages? Or is the screen going blank?

  You should be able to edit your header image by going to My Sites > Customize > Header Image > Add New Image or by using this link https://thecrimsonwarchronicles.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php
