bug

Hi,
I am totally new with html coding. Someone made me a website and I have now to administer by myself. I recently update to the new wordpress version. Since yet, I am unable to connect to my wp-admin page. I constantly get this error (see on the bottom). It also appears on the top of all my webpages.
Can anybody help me please?
