Hello,
for this section https://balancedharmonizedmethod.com/free-guides/ when u click dl button form should appear to other tab. before i created using wpforms and pop up maker plugins for pop up form but eventually deleted it even the plugins at wordpress i did but problem it is still appearing. for others, its not, what appear was the new one.for theme creator i have contacted them and this is also her response :

In this package, your hosting provider takes care of the updates, caching, etc. The changes not being reflected instantly is an issue that is mostly caused due to the caching not due to the theme. I would recommend please try contacting your hosting provider in this matter. They will be able to help you.
I understand your frustration over not being able to resolve this issue. However, this issue is not related to the theme.
As you may have noticed the changes are saved when you are logged in as admin but do not reflect when logged out. This issue is caused due to the cache stored on your server side.
Please ask your hosting provider to clear the cache from the server side. This should resolve the issue.
