Why has my Import been in processing mode for 3 days?

  The import screen has been in “processing” mode for 3 days!!

  Hi Josh,

  No worries – not a bug, just a small glitch on our end :) From what I can see, the Importer says that your Import job has finished. Is this correct?

  If not, would you be able to try uploading your XML file once more?
