BUG I can't purchase a Personal or a Premium plan anymore

There is no button or link I can access anymore that would let me buy a Personal or a Premium plan for my WordPress site. I started to confront with this issue since I purchased a Business plan that expired meanwhile.
However, I’m not given the option to renew the plan in a lower tier, and I do incline to believe this is a bug of some sort, since this never happened to me and I request the support of anyone competent to address this.

The site would need to be downgraded from the business plan before another plan be be purchased.
In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.
Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
