Bug in connecting self-hosted site to WP.com account

From one angle, apparently I’ve connected my self-hosted WP site to my WP.com account, but I don’t see a way to do things like migrate subscribers, or other things.
Is there anything obvious I should check?
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Probably a relevant detail: in the upper left corner of the WP.com top nav: “My Site” (singular) — not My Sites (plural).
