  Hello there, What is the address of the site you need help with?

  If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page. I also suggest searching the forums there for a similar issue before posting.
