Bug in Spearhead theme

  I was testing the Spearhead theme on my testing site and realized that this theme, originally created for podcasts, but perfectly suited to writing long texts, has a problem with the posting date: they don’t change the format, the layout remains “month (in writing), day (number) and year (number). This is very unsuitable for some languages like mine (Portuguese). Can’t this bug be fixed?

  The bug I referred to occurs exactly because the date format doesn’t change when we make adjustments there.

  I’ll mention this to the themes team, as I’m not sure whether those were left out intentionally. If it’s a bug, we’ll get that filed. If it’s intentional and this would be introducing a change to existing sites, they’d probably need to build in a mechanism to select that option, so I can’t make promises there. But we will surface the request.

  Thank you very much. Let’s see if the proposal is accepted; I think it would greatly expand the use initially thought for the theme and would even help in its use as a podcast publishing platform (by better organizing the content).
