BUG on hte appearance section section

  Hello WordPress Team
  I have a problem on one of my blog it does not have the Theme section !
  I even cannot change theme ! Look at https://anticons.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php

  Whereas on my second blog it is okay .

  Could you repair it ? Thanks!

  Is appear that my role had been set on editor whereas i am the only user!

  is there any Staff that could reset my role in admin ?
