  Hello. I’m new on WordPress.
  I am premium account and I would like to know why I can not install an extension or have ftp access to my Timinik.com website . Thank you for reading me and give me a quick answer.

  No bug – no problem – no FTP access nor do you have the ability to install Plugin’s – not allowed for security reasons

  You do however have other problems
