Bug Report – New post editor, doesn't retain linefeeds

  When using the new post editor, it does not retain linefeeds that were present in the old style editor. It just collapses everything into one lone sentence – the implicit paragraphing feature seems to have been disabled, and it is behaving in standard html fashion.

  If I go back tot he old editor everything behaves as it always did.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Any time a system looses functionality – it is definitely a “bug” in the larger scheme of things.

  Forcing people to follow particular ways of doing things that take longer to achieve a desired outcome is not being of service.

  Being of service involves making it easier and quicker for people to achieve their desired outcomes.

  I’ve been developing systems for over 40 years – and I have seen many new systems enforce standards, and lower productivity.
  Users like systems that allow them to do what they want most effectively – this can (and will) mean very different things for different people. Managers, users and designers usually have very different views on what is optimal ;)

  This is a known bug with the new editor. Our developers are actively working on a solution.
