Bug with API get posts

  Now i’m trying with API get post (https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/api/1.1/get/sites/%24site/posts/) and I’ve got a bug with this.
  – First, I call API get post without any query parameter to get total available posts.
  – Then I call API get post with fields “number” and “offset” to download post data, but I can’t download all posts. The return field “found” of first request and second one doesn’t match ( please see the image below for details ).

  

  Please give a look at this and help me figure out, thank in advanced!
