Bug with billing history/Custom CSS expired?

    Hi there,

    There appears to either be a bug on your end or something messed up with billing. Our blog’s custom layout seems to have disappeared and there is nothing in billing history. Also, under ‘My Upgrades’ I’m not being given the option to ‘Renew’ as suggested under the ‘Domains’ tab.

    Need help ASAP since this is a company blog and looks pretty bad as is.

  • It looks as though your Premium bundle expired. However, as I am seeing a 2014 expiration date, I am guessing that someone realized this and renewed.

    The main issue was that I could not access the renewal due to it being under another user’s name that no longer works with the team. The issue has been resolved, we got a response quicker from another post a colleague wrote.
