Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you faced while editing your site. I checked the Site Editor on your account and did not face any issues. Could you perhaps try using a different browser to see how it goes? You can also try clearing your browser cache. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
If that doesn’t solve the problem, please let us know the following:
- Which page are you clicking ‘Edit Site’ on? Share the link to the page.
- Share a screenshot if possible.
Once I have them, I can troubleshoot it further to see what might be happening.
Thanks!

Evening, thank you for the answer, i apologize for any grammatical mistakes in my part as english is not my mother language.
I’ve already tried all of your suggestions as those were the first ones the AI gave to me.
In the “My Home” page i’ve already tried to edit my site using the big pink Edit Site Button on the right, the small Edit Site bellow that one, the button to edit once i visit the prototype and even the Edit site in the Appearance section, all of those gave me the same results, once i click, the editor starts to load, and then it just goes back to the “My Home” page.

Those are the buttons i’ve already tried.
Im currently using Opera GX, but i tried with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and both didn’t work. -
Before we proceed further, could you please check if you have Microsoft Defender enabled on your computer? If it’s enabled, you may need to whitelist all “*.wordpress.com” domains, as Defender settings could potentially interfere with your login cookies, among other things. Here’s a guide on how to add a domain to Defender’s whitelist that may assist you: https://endpointcave.com/how-to-whitelist-a-url-domain-in-microsoft-defender-smartscreen/#tab-id-6
If you’re not using Defender, please also try accessing the editor using an incognito browser window. This should load without any browser extensions that might impact the software’s functionality.
We’ll await your response! Thank you!
