bug with the pages?….

the pages section has a bug or something, the thing is my pages were displaying correctly but after making a few new pages now all the pages are behaving strangely. It changes the order of the pages and some of them are just not there, but if you go to the actual site all the pages are in place…. help?

Maybe I didn’t explain myself clearly.
The problem is with the site pages, not with the theme or the menu.
Some of the site pages have parent pages and should appear beneath other site pages in the site pages editor.
The problem is that it doesn’t look that way anymore. Now you can’t see the hierarchy, just some of that site pages.
