Bugged Widget

Has anyone else noticed how ‘replace image’ in the image widget customization feature no longer works? I can edit the image, but clicking the ‘replace image’ button does absolutely nothing. I’ve tried multiple browsers, and it’s persisted now for about three weeks. Is this something I can fix? Thank you!

Have you tried removing and re-adding the Image widget? This might do the trick.

I did try that, and removing and re-adding it allows for the change, but if I try to replace the image after it’s re-added, it still won’t click. I’ll have to just remove and re-add the widget until this is fixed somehow, probably.

I’ve tried this on my test site and was able to replace the image without any issues so it’s definitely not a bug.
Could you tell us some more details about what happens on your end? When you click on the button Replace image nothing happens?
You mentioned trying various browsers, which ones have you tried? -
Right, absolutely nothing happens at all. I’ve tried it on google chrome, mozilla firefox and IE. The weird part is that it happens on two different computers – my work laptop and my personal laptop. Maybe I just need to clear my cache?

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
