Buggy featured content on Shoreditch

    On Chrome, I’m having difficulty with Shoreditch’s featured content. It sporadically takes a VERY long time to load. Sometimes, it loads just fine. It loads fine on Edge when I’ve tried. The long load time makes the Blog look empty for the minute or two it takes to load. Are there any tricks to speeding up the load time for the featured content? I’ve left the featured content up on my site if anyone wants to try.

    @dddraeger I’m not seeing that actually. If you’d like, though, you could run a few tests against webpagetest.org — those would show you exactly how long each part of the page is taking to load.

    My guess is that an outside resource is loading prior to your featured image and that it’s taking a while, but, we’ll know more if you can capture the lagginess in a test. I wasn’t able to on this end.
