  I need help from someone at WordPress! Nothing says, ‘we don’t care about our customers,’ more than having your customers ask questions through a public FORUM!

  Wordpress obviously doesn’t give a shit about their customers!
  Wordpress: ‘You have questions? Here’s some articles, go find your own answers.’
  OR
  Wordpress: ‘You have questions? Ask our other customers on a public forum and maybe you might get the right answer, but don’t bother us with your questions, we just want your money’
