build site with wordpress

  I have a domain managed through another company. I want to build the site with WordPress. How can I build a site with WP and upload it through my hosting company? Do I have to pay for a WP package to prevent having WP branding on my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You can create your website on WordPress.com and then map it to your existing domain, but you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan in order to do that. Here you can find all the info about domain mapping:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  In order to remove the WordPress.com branding, you will need a Business plan.
