  Is there any help there to build or auto option to build a site?

  On WordPress.com you don’t have to “build” a site. You just pick a theme, add some widgets and start creating content. We don’t have to worry about the programming and design aspects at all.

  The easiest way to quickly learn how everything works is to work through the “Learn WordPress” support doc (http://learn.wordpress.com/) and the “Video Quick Start” tutorial (http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/).
