  can i build a website or blog with wp, I already paid for a domain name and need a website blogs so can i use wp software and and themes
  to create my sites and put content and ads that i chose while go daddy host my webs and domain names

  You can put ads on if you are not hosted here – i.e. Godaddy

  You will need to use the WordPress.ORG software to build your site (should be a one button install on most hosts for WordPress.ORG software)

  You will not work with the WordPress.COM software at all – if you use the JetPack Plugin then that would be mapped to a blog here to show the Stats if you want – but not required

  To be clear, buying a domain name does not mean you are hosting your blog! If you use domain mapping via WordPress.com you are still hosted here for free and subject to the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up for using this platform.

  If you want to do other things, such as hosting adverts or using plugins, then you need to pay someone like GoDaddy, Netscape Solutions, or another company to host (make your blog visible online) your site. You can use WordPress.org software (for free) to give your blog styles / themes, or you can use other software to do that.
