Builderall WordPress integration
-
Hello, I just created 2 wordpress sites within the Builderall.com account I have. One currently uses the designedbliss.builderallwp.com which allows me to log on. The other uses a new domain called bluepenmedia.co where the dns points to builderall.com DNS servers. This second domain has a ‘undefined user’ and I can’t log into it. When it was created it never asked me for a username or password and it does not recognize the username and password I set up for the designedbliss.builderallwp.com domain (which will eventually be its own domain as well).
So I chatted with the Builderall support and they sent me to you. Can you assist and tell me how to get a username and password for this instance of wordpress?
Does this configuration support .co or other root level domains other than .com?
Thanks. Martha

Hi Martha,
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
That said, they probably meant that this is WordPress issue, in which case you’d look for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
I hope that helps :)
