Building a new blog/website

  I need some tools and guides to build a new blog or website without having to pay anything first, since I’ve not done it before and not sure if I’d carry it through to the final stages. Will certainly pay to upgrade to have a proper domain name once it’s been done up.

  Once you are done with the free site, you can upgrade to the WordPress premium package anytime if you want to.
