  Hi there,

  You can add new blog/website under same account using below steps,
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account

  After adding more than one site you will have option in dashboard to “Switch Site” and you can customize your sites separately after switching between them.
