I want to build a website like tripadviser, trivago, etc. I want to list hotels, packages. I want that my visitors can easily sign up using fb google on my site, it should have review system + online payment, etc.

A lot of what you’re doing sounds like it will involve plugins which require the business plan.
This plugins link mentions WooCommerce which is available with WordPress.com Business. Check it out, it might be exactly what you’re looking for as far as payments go!
