  Hi. I want to build a website on wordpress, I already have a domain name. I do not need hosting or payment yet, I just need to build it and will have it hosted somewhere else. When I start with the site it takes me to the paid plans page. Is there a way to build it for free? wordpress is advertised as free site building service on the web.
