Building a website for users to upload their advert.

Hello, I want to create a website that allows users to register and upload their bikes adverts, a small version inspired on the ebay website. Is there a chance that I can build that with the e-commerce plug ins, or it should be with any other plug in? because the e-commerce sites that I visit works with the web manager uploading content and mine should be able to be uploaded when users register and post their advert. I was wondering if there is any tutorial so I can practise with it.
I would appreciate all the possible information, or if this kind of display has a proper name, so I can start looking where how build it. Thank you so much.

That’s not allowed here.
There is no blogger initiated advertising and/or paid or sponsored content allowed on WordPress.com blogs, and no upgrade you can purchase to change that reality.

There are no restrictions on advertising if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
