Building a website in wordpress

  I have a blog but want to integrate a website I have with wordpress features which is a tourism site I have at http://www.tourguidemarrakech.com as well as another one. I would like people to be able to blog, have language options and as importantly, a form for which people can book tours. Is this possible through widgets or just what should I do to integrate my existing site with wordpress?
